One of my happiest memories was making my daughter a large two-story dollhouse for her 5th birthday. I worked on it for 6 months and it had stairs, electric lights, siding and a cedar shake roof, carpets and rugs, etc.
I made some scale antique doll house furniture for it, and we made some more together. The dool house is long gone but we both still remember it well.

Fast forward 40 years and I am moving stuff around, clearing out old stuff, and finding things I forgot I had. I came across a box full of House of Miniatures doll furniture kits, plus a few partially built pieces. If you have a young girl in your life you want to make happy, I will box this all up and ship it to you free. You can make them for her, or do what I did and make some together.

Feel free to post here about your special young lady, but send me an email if you are interested - sapelt@cox.net

I also got down a ton of HO rail stuff from the 50's, 60's, and 70's that I have to figure out how to find a new owner. My sons and I had a lot of fun making the layout and scenery. I don't really want much for it, but there is a lot of value in the box.

OH MY I have a grandaughter who LOVES small things. Just like me. I have another grandaugher coming Feb 4th. Please consider me and my grand daughters for the dollhouse toys!

Stacy, my Granddaughters, Lilly and Anna would love some of the items you suggested. I would be most happy to share with LCoop. Best wishes and that is a wonderful offer.
