Be honest...;)


I didn't go to Blade this year but I know a lot of forumites did and their credit cards are hotter than a nuclear blast and/or spouses are cursing them out right now :D.

If you know you are going to have to sell an old Busse, kindly include that info, along with pictures... And what you just HAD TO HAVE. You know... Just trying to help another knife nut vent their knife anxiety :D. I can't be the only one who experiences it.

ever seen a VISA with Busse Nuclear Meltdown treatment? :confused:

well, it's not as pretty as a FSH with NM... :eek:

remember, you sometimes have to deal with "fallout" from nukes...;)

It was our first time. The whole experience is overwhelming. We drew quite a few cards at offerings. Ended up buying numerous cool knives. FAT Ash, Desert Digital Mean Street and matching Boss street. And others... What's the easiest way to post pics? Now on the 12 hour ride home. EDIT I am thinking this whole box of INFI will not be allowed into the house. I may have to let some go.... It may be hot at home. :eek:

You could use a file hosting service or save to your computer. If you have a URL, use the world icon. If you have it on your computer use the tree icon.

But yes, pictures for verification.
 
It's all good. Made an epic save of a damsel in distress today... Now the hard part... But I'm so glad I'm a single guy :D
 
Oh, the Busse people are a diabolical lot. Due to resolving to be thrifty this year and my aging reflexes not being able to catch many cards, I made it through Saturday with a piddling amount of Elmax and nothing more, well under my austerity budget. Then came Sunday morning, when instead of re-throwing cards for unclaimed knives and turnbacks as they have always done before, they laid them out on the table for sale. Getting to pick knives up, fondle them and have them whisper sweet nothings to you definitely causes one to make more purchases than them being held aloft 15 feet away. So my expenditures doubled in an hour or so. But....no regrets!
 
Here is some of the INFI brought home... But not sure if I am allowed to stay here overnight.... May have to send some away.... We will see... Boss Jack, Boss Street, Fat Ash Desert with Flag, Kill Devil, and Hairy Carry All were from offerings.... Was a lot of fun....

I over spent by $105.43. Pokey make it even at 105 :) woohoo. No regret. Didn't use the CC either. It's like going to a casino, cash only. If i lose, i walk away :) Enjoy the Bladeshow a lot. I didn't catch any offerings.

Well do you have pictures of your haul? You must have been quite focused to have done so well... At least tell about what you spent on the food.
 
Not at Blade but recently found a renewed love for all things Busse. I didn't currently own one, so within a matter of days I scored a tanker grey /black paper TGLB. Then I scored a BIG finish ASH-1 w black paper handles. Then I saw the TGLB with black blade and g10 handle so mismanaged it to.

The BIG ASH is a definite keeper, got it molded to a spec ops sheath. The black blade / g10 TGLB is also a keeper and has a new rainwalker leather sheath to call home. On top of that, I just took ownership of a RMJ Berserker. Yea i gotta stop.
