If I really like a knife model, I own more than one of it. Here is my list of favorites.

but really, i love many of my knives, but most are too expensive to own 13. or i dont have the money to buy 13, whichever.

except game wardens, i had 13, now down to 7.

I generally only buy one of anything. Instead of 13 Dodos (no matter how much I liked them) I would buy one and have roughly $1440 left over to spend on customs.
 
If I really like a knife I'll buy 2. I have 2 SERE 2000's, and I have 2 manual SOCOM elites. Everything else just one.
 
Holy crap, some of you folks sound like your getting ready to open a shop.:cool:

If I like a knife I buy it, if I like to EDC a certain knife I will double up on it or at least a similar model, BM 710HSR and a BM 710 D2.
Come to think of it I have 4 or 5 Vic. Executives but that's just because of the lost and found syndrome.

I've considered buying a safe queen/backup if I really like a knife, but I'd rather own a new knife than a duplicate.

I had two Leeks but I gave the other away today. Maybe you'd consider letting one of your Dodos fly the coop. 13 is an unlucky number, you know.
 
I have a strong desire to own various Spyderco Natives in various configurations. I currently have 7 different variations and am still looking for more.
 
13 Dodo? You er worried about them becoming extinct....
This is a case of dedicated obsession!
 
The most doubles I have is 1 bm556 and 1 bm558. I do have 3 CS True Flight throwers though...but I dont think that really counts since they are throwing knives.
