Hey guys I´m new here and I´m from Sweden in Northern
Europe. Here is my Sebenza story.

When I saw the decorated Sebenza at the first time, I feel
I want one. I doing some research at the internet because
this knives don´t have a dealer in my country. I ask around
at a bunch of dealers in US and the only I found was the
decorated small Sebenza and I want the unique model. At the
end I found Neil Ostroff at True North Kinves in Quebec, Canada.

He have what I´m looking for and I can tell you he is a great
person to do business with. He could offer me a really nice one
with a Iolite inlay. When I saw it I was sold, so I pull the
trigger and order it.

Here it is:

Jeff

Wow!! That is some nice camera work. I've never been up close and personnal with a thumb stud before. Awesome, keep up the good work.

All right, what camera did you use?

Did you do anything special to get those closeups, like a zoom/macro lens, etc?

:)

That daggone jewel-hole looks like my belly button.

:D

I'm pretty sure uploading your pics blew up my computer!

Congratulations, and enjoy that thing!

Professor.

Wow what a beautiful knife. Ok Fess up jocke, do you do photography for a living, those photos are just to nice for a novice !

Now you've gone and embarassed Mr. Sebe. He always likes his belly button clean for those really close up shots ;) !

Great pix!!!! :D

Tell us about your camera and technique.

I have problems with some of my friends or colleagues to explain them that knives are not weapons only intend for killing other people but may be useful tools or art pieces. :(

Your pictures are the relevant ones to help me : the knife is beautiful and the photographs superb !!! ;)

Because of you, I feel I will order a new Sebenza...

I thought it was you when I saw that user name and when the pics loaded I knew it was you. (JKnight from TZ)

How about a picture of a Rolex with that Sebenza?

Jocke

I am pleased that you are happy with your new Sebenza. You have very good taste in knives and WOW- those photos!

It was pleasure doing business with you- It seems that our industry truly has no borders.

Take care,

Neil

Jocke - beautiful knife and superb photos! Very few knives can stand up to the scrutiny of a macro lens, or microscope. High magnification reveals the ultra precision machining and flawless execution that are hallmarks of CRK knives. All those who laugh at us for spending 300+ for a production knife should compare their choice to these photos under the same conditions; what we are paying extra for in a Reeve knife will become readily apparent. And all those who think that customs (handmades) are "better," I ask, "how so?" In terms of quality of execution, how can you improve on "flawless?"

Jocke,

These photos are the best ones that I have seen!

Outstanding work shown of an outstanding knife. Beautiful. It was worth the wait for it to load- thanks.

Daniel:D

This is my first Sebenza and I´m sure it will be one more or two.

I collect Rolex watches and the photographing is one of my hobby too.

I have a Nikon Coolpix 995 and for the macros I use a add on lens.

Thank you for all the kind words and I will post some more pics for you later.

Have a great weekend.
