...buy three Sebenzas in less then a months time are you officially addicted?

Three? Three! If you count Mnandi and yes, a Walking Stick, I bought ten or twelve in one month. I am afraid to go back and to the real accounting.

See, this is the exact reason I posted this.

To people on a CRK forum, three Sebenzas is perfectly acceptable.

To a non knife nerd girlfriend, one is too much.

I will say, she stuck with me through every Dozier purchase, but she doesn't have to know how much a Sebenza actually cost so I might be ok:)

At first she got interested which was cool, now its:

"Hey babe, check this out"

Her reply "how much is this one?"

"Oh not much, nothing really"

Then she rolls her eyes, gives me a peck on the cheek and leaves me to drool over my newest acquisition :)

"three in a months time..." now go and tell her how much you saved on shipping!? I hope so....
You have to look at it in the long run...

Haha alas, nothing was saved on shipping. Well, one was acquired through trade and I didn't have to pay the shipping on that:) Perhaps I took your post too literally? :)

Speaking of the trade knife, that'll be arriving today!

At the beginning of this year, I had zero CRK knives. I bought a Mnandi in 2008 but ending up selling it last year.

This is what I've purchased since January of this year:

7 small Sebenzas
1 Umnumzaan
1 Mnandi
1 Nyala
1 Sikayo

Now I'm on the hunt for a large regular Sebenza. And maybe a large 21, no "Idaho Made" stamp. After that I should be done! :D

After reading these responses im tempted to edit my post to "three Sebenzas in less then a months time, no sweat!"

Number two rolled in today and low and behold I love it! Sebenza 21 all titanium handle. No less impressed than I was with the Micarta inlay version. Even got over my fear of breaking it down and putting it back together. All went well and no stripped screws to boot:p

Number three rolls in early next week! :)

This is not all of them, but I was losing light and the mosquitos were hungry.

What I mean to say is, life is short, buy good tools.
