have a good knife. i ll soon be offering wood steak plates too (not matching amboyna tho)
blades are XHP belt finished 4.25 long and over all jsut under 9 inch
the wood is from burlsource (thanks Mark )
i have made sets of 6 at one time and one customer order 4 then later added 4 more.

what do you think ?

my house steak knives are not this nice (need to fix that) thickness of the spine is 3/32 ish and these are flat ground i can also grind them even thinner if i use the "4 foot wheel" platen

mark wait till you see the premo curly koa ones that i ll be working on soon

i was asked about a storage box for a set and i ll be looking into that. i think i know how i woudl do it but might need to buy more tools to do it right. he who dies with the most tools wins
