"Ignore" question

If you have someone on "Ignore", can they PM you? What do you see, if anything, if they try to PM you?

Actually,,I think they can pm you but you don't receive it,,or thats how it used to work anyway.

I always ignore the moderators....thats why I get infractions...LOL...
