Do you guys run any lubrication on your IKBS or other bearing pivot knives or go completely dry.
Whats your opinion on what offers better performance. I just got done stripping down and cleaning an
IKBS knife and did not apply any lube and the action is great. And best of all there is no sticky residue that can
attract pocket lint and dust.
But I'm interested in seeing if some oil would make the action even better without causing a mess. Only lube I have
right now though is CRK grease. Any one have any experience with how that performs.

I heard of using dry lube for IKBS. Not sure what's good though. I must say that you are quite brave for even attempting to take apart your IKBS knife.

lol..ya. Its a must to break down and meticulously clean every inch of every knife that comes in the mail. I remember taking down a Benchmade Auto Rukus one time
that I thought I'd have to send it in for re assembly but after an hour or two I finally got it back together.
And might as well show some pics of said knife. Couple tips for IKBS assembly that I observed.

1. Use a tupperware/ plastic bin to assemble your knife in so any stray bearing that falls out won't be lost in the carpet :)
2. Tweezers work well to place each individual bearing into its place.
