I'll make models to trade for drawings

Hi all,

I just raided the dumpster of a plastics company for scraps of Plexiglas. I have been using them to make some models of knives that
strike my fancy. As an aside, new grinders couldn't find a better practice material. It'll show mistakes instantly.

Anyway, the point of this post is that, while making my plexy models, it occurred to me that there must be "computer nerds" on this list that make great pictures (line drawings) that I can print. I could print the pictures and just paste them on the plexy and grind to the line.

If anyone is doing that I'll make a model or two for the privilege of having good pictures. How's that for a deal? If I run out of time, money, or material to pay for the pictures I'll let you know.

Thinkingly, Lynn (gets me in more trouble than my money, and I ain't got no money!)

I really don't understand why I didn't get more replies. Doesn't anyone make their fantacy on computer and want to see what it would look and feel like?

Don't mean to burst your bubble, but theres probably not much of a market out there for plastic knives.

L-6 and all,
I just thought there would be people who would like models and the trade for the design work seemed equitable.
Thanks anyway, Lynn

L6Steel,
There is too a BIG market for plastic knives! I see them all the time with plastic knives and spoons! Sorry, couldn't resist.....

Actually it should work as well wood or aluminum as far as a model goes. Aluminum tends to gum up in belts though.

Lmao CL!!!!!!!!!

Lynn, you need to contact Gunner!
