I'll try again

Looks like in the pic that the bolsters and handles are squared edges. Im not gonna be much help here, but I have a copy of "The Gun Digest Book Of Knives". In this book they did an article on Buck knives and show a 110 with the stamp just like yours and the bolsters and handles being squared at the edges. The book is from the early 70s, so I guess it might help if somebody knows when Buck started rounding the edges. At least that might help give you a range to work with.
 
The picture shows too little of the knife for me to be any more exact than to say "two liners" were produced roughly between 1968 and 1971.
