Some jerk was deservedly banned for claiming that Spark cut back the search capabilities simply to make money by getting people to pay for a membership (that wasn't the only reason he was banned though). I work in this industry and can tell you that without a doubt running BF costs a lot more money than the paltry membership fees will cover.
