It's a Full Dress, Damascus, mother or pearl, CQC/Viper for the Japanese Outdoor show @ Seki City that Ernie did in 1999... That's the reason of the Viper 4 blade style instead of the Tanto CQC6 style (due to regulations in Japan ?!)

I just had to relate this to you,
yesterday I went to the NCCA show in Stamford Ct. and there was a dealer there with the exact same knife,I told him how I saw your knife on the forums and he proceeded to tell me about a knife designer at the blade show who was after him for that knife
