I don't have a bunch of knives, just a neophyte when it comes to blades. Have the Mark II I carried in Nam, still razor sharp too. I also have a Kershaw One-Ton that although it's made in China, I love it. Anyway, I purchased a Kershaw Piston and just received it today. It's made in the U.S. but it doesn't feel as "substantial" as the One Ton. The One Ton is a real workhorse for me. People who have reviewed the Piston love it, but it seems kind of flimsy.

How do you people feel about it? The ones who own one, has it stood up to so tough useage? Stayed tight? Etc. what do you think?

It's not particularly my thing. I had one in a passaround and it wasn't as good as the knockout to me. Lock was flimsier, sharp, blade finish and grind weren't as good

Well, it's made of g-10 so it will be lighter. People often associate weight with strength, the two are not the same.

That being said, I like the knockout better. It has a better balance
