I'm afraid I've neglected these two.

I bought these two awhile ago and I just realised that I've never shown them here. What makes them special to me is that the new Bocote handles were made by our own jb4570. Very nice work I think!

Dave great looking knives. I noticed that the top one has a Idaho year date, is that one ATS 34 steel, or the 420HC? JB great job on those handles. HL

Wow,just love those photos.Fantastic scales JB! Sort of like a Knife Show, without leaving home. Thanks!

Thanks to jb! Both of these are 420HC I assume as there is no Bos stamp.

And yet more good looking knives from Dave! JB did a beautiful job.

Yep they are both 420 HC Alpha's and came with Rubber scales. I wanted to give them a new pair of shoe's. I did a thread here on the work and lessons learned. I wrecked the 3rd pair of scales that had even better grain pattern's:(.

I'm happy they went to a great home! Dave also has the rubber scales if he gets tired of the current look.
