I'm almost glad it's not mint

I buy a lot of Spyderco's for collecting, I noticed this one up and got it pretty cheaply. I was glad after looking at it that it has been carried, cause it seems like a great little light-weight carry knife. Long discontinued (since 1999) It has no liner-locking issues some say some examples of this model had. (early production as I understand) Locks up solid and clipped in my pocket carries very well. Not mint or even LNIB (had the box though) but I'm sorta happy I can carry it and not worry about devaluing it. So, it's going to be a carry piece instead of socked away in the safe.

You didnt get enough attention in your first thread? Just curious.

This is a different forum and I just thought I'd share an unusual Spyderco that many that don't come to the Spyderco forum have probably never seen before.
Why, would you rather I didn't post this knife in the Spyderco forum and in General? Just curious.

Cool looking Spydie!! It definitely does not look like it rides well in the pocket though due to that huge hump. What's the name of this model? It looks a bit like a Gunting.

Jotsingh Khalsa, I've read the Gunting was copied off it.
