Been off in the wonderful, but incredibly time-consuming, world of designing and building race cars. Great fun, and lots of opportunities to (ab)use knives (does cutting zip ties against steel count as abuse?

). Anyway, I'm back now, and if anyone knows of any topic which I might be interested in reading, but missed, I would appreciate it if they dropped me an email.

P.S., I know this should probably be in 'Community', but I wanted it to get better exposure.

E_utopia,
Go down to an electronics store and pick up a set of flush cut pliers for use on circuit boards. These look like miniature "dykes". These are what our aircraft electricians use on zip ties on aircraft cables. Work damn good. -Brian

DDR: Thanks.

Brian: Ever try walking around with dykes in your pocket? Not exactly comfortable. When I'm in the shop, that's what I use, but somehow Mr. Murphy prefers to visit us when we are farthest from the ol' tool kit.
