My room mates are busy a lot on the weekends and I'm itchen to go camping and try out my new knives. Not to mention, Fire up the Dutch Oven and make soom GOOD food.:D

BTW Here is a small list of things to do and places to see locally (Central Utah):

Camping

If I was less than two states away from you, I'd take you up on that.

No kidding, it sounds great. Too bad we're far away, and I don't think I have a free weekend for another month or so.

Heber-- If I make it over to Reno this summer, I might be able to take an extended trip over to Utah. I've never been and would love to see it. Besides, I'm a sucker for dutch oven cooking. How many hours is it from Reno to where you live?

Josh, I think it's about 8 hours from Reno to Ephraim UT. Speaking of Dutch Oven cooking, I've got chicken cooking right now for Chicken stew.:D

Naww Bruise, I gave that up. Was to expencive. Now I only test on things like wood, plastic jugs and food.;)

Heber-- that did it. I'm gonna have to whip something up in the dutch oven this weekend. If it looks like I'm headed your direction this summer, I'll shoot you an e-mail.

Josh, that would be cool. I'll have something good for you when you make it over here. Hope your Dutch Oven Masterpiece turns out really well. Yesterday I went shopping and they had Chicken onsale, 10 pounds for $350, so I picked up 20 pounds. It's going to be good eating this summer.:)

4:00pm, time to debone the ckicken (It's been cooking for the last 3 hours) and add the Veggies. Boy, it sure is smelling good.:D
