The bank accepted my offer. 45 day escrow. The realtor's BF is an engineer and will be helpful in modding the place to my needs. Gonna be installing a second breaker box, possibly running 3 phase.

Hopefully 2 months from now, I'll have a flatbed delivering this BMF...
