I need to find out if anyone knows anything about cutco culinary arts knifes

And if a high carbin surgical stainless is a good blade or not:confused:

The reason I am asking is because someone told me that the name high carbon surgical stainless
was just a name for who dont know much about blades...

Also I am selling cutco products for a company which they say has the best blade and the best
all around I just want to make sure that it is the best and im giving my customers what
they pay for

OK NOW I KNOW WHAT SURGICAL STAINLESS IS BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN SOMEONE SAYS THE SAYING HIGH CARBON WOULD IT BE A GOOD BLADE THEN...

I have one of their folders and have been very happy with it. The knife is very sharp out of the box. Tougher then nails. and slim in the pocket. It has two blades one a spear point that is scalloped and the other a clip blade. I've taken it on many camping trips and it has held up to all the normal chores you could give it. A good product with a good warranty.

The term "surgical stainless" is indeed just a marketing term which sounds impressive but doesn't mean anything. If a manufacturer uses a high quality steel, they will usually identify it by its proper name.

And for the record, scaples are disposable blades. They are used a few times, and dull very quickly. I am a Surgical Tech., I know.
