Grabbed these for a couple days of hunting. But I think Amy needs to BRING IT so that I won't be compromised on my next trip.

That's it?! My grandmother takes more with her when she's grocery shopping.......

:D Nice setup.

Busse knives and a Marlin .......Cheese and wine.......... fast cars and babes........steak and pepper sauce..........and the list goes on ! Great pic, wish I could do some hunting but everything of a hunting nature around here is long dead !

Hi Guyon, it looks like you need some help. That is nowhere near enough knives. You are woefully unprepared! I'll tell you what. If you send me that SHBM, I'll send you a KABAR Kukri, A KABAR Cutlass, an Ontario Machete, a United Cutlery ninja sword (Wowee!), a Cold Steel tomahawk, and an entire shelving unit chock-a-block full of Benchmade, Spyderco, Cold-Steel, CRKT, Kershaw and SAKs. Then you will have plenty of knives. I feel for you buddy, I really do.

Great setup Guyon:D

What kind of backpack is that?

JurT, top left is a Maxpedition Pygmy Falcon. The other gear tote is one I've had for years. I think it was made by Fieldline, though I'm not sure. I remember it had a lifetime guarantee. It's held up very well. The big ruck just has my parka, coveralls, and boots. I actually bought it to carry fishing gear out onto the jetties down on the Gulf Coast. :D

Here's the four knives I grabbed. I definitely should have snagged at least two or three more. :p

I picked knives that haven't seen any use in the field as hunting knives. I've had the Denning hunter and the Safari Skinner for quite a while now, but I haven't dressed out anything with either one. Pretty curious about both of them. And Ken's post about dressing the antelope with a BATAC got me wondering about how my own would perform.

We'll see if anything is used. I'm hunting some private land where a big one lives, but he's pretty much nocturnal best the owner can tell. Lots of good digital snapshots of him around 3 AM.

Good luck, Guyon--hope that's enough steel to handle the "big one!" :D

A girl needs a knife...

Nice gear bro!

Is this a trip that already happened, or one that is coming??? Not sure whether to wish you luck or ask how you did!

What caliber are you shooting there?

Ummm...I don't know how to break the news to you, but you forgot the most important thing (since Amy IS bringing it)...

Now do you really think I'd forget backup? :p

Edited to add: I found this one in the gear tote as I was organizing. I may just barely squeek by now.
