Well then,

Tonight, I've succumbed to all of the great FIXED blades I see here, and bought my SECOND Schrade FIXED blade. Or, maybe this is my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Schrade fixed blade...I'm not sure. But I've always liked this knife. It's not the legendary GREEN scaled "UNBLOODIED" knife of our "Margarita" monitor, but it is, in my opinion, a very cool knife, none the less.

I am pretty stoked to own one of these.

OOOPS!!:o
How about the link? Sigh.

Nice Bill.
I have been getting FIXated lately myself. Something about them................:D

El Lob; I celebrate your good fortune!!!! It is indeed a beautiful knife (knives). and according to the seller SUPER RARE not medium or well done. The most surprising thing to me,however, is that I had no idea you had that much money. You can look for me to be much nicer to you in the future.

Your (grovel) Pal,

EL REY DEL QUERO!!

Im proud of ya!
bout time you spent some of the AZ gold dust on someting you wanted,
One ? 4 u.. Doesnt the blade need to remain attached to the handle to be called Fixed?
enjoy.

Great score.Nice you've become fixated.I've been trying for a set of those for a while because of the Rogers connection but choked on the price.I'd love to know the history.btw Most of the sets I've seen lately have gone for a lot more.Toby

And it comes with a handy folder to keep the spare blades in! You do know that there was an Imperial predecessor to this knife, right? I mean, Richard Rogers did a great job on the design and not many knives were made in ATS34 and it is a green bone and pearl limited edition #102 of 500, but Imperial made an ex-changer way back when. I'll see if I can find some info for you (unless LT has one handy).

Thanks folks,

Codger, oh FIXED one...any information on the edition would be much appreciated...a rant would be, well, ah... awesome, and greatly appreciated. :)

Memo to sheathmaker...

I am insanely wealthy, (mostly insane) and you should remember that when dealing with me on the requests for your leatherwork. I also have a mean backhand.

Bill, I think the price Paul charges you for a sheath just tripled. He, he, he!

Being a very limited edition, there is not much to tell, other than what Schrade themselves had to say about it. Perhaps someone here has more than this basic information. LT, Del, Larry or one of the others will have to flesh this out for you. But here is the information I have. I added a pic of the Imperial version. I found it (and Phil didn't beat me to it!!)

Congratulations on your purchase. I think you got a heck of a bargain of a really significant piece of Schrade history! E-mail me if you want the link for the Imperial.

Very very nice, Bill! That is a great looking knife.

Good photo, Mike.. ya beat me to it, and I would not have thought of adding the Imperial tool knife to it. Good job!

I have the advertising flyer (shown in the picture above) that was in a packet I got from LT a while back.If you don't already have it, I can send it to you, I don't think I'll be adding that set to my collection any time soon. Just e-mail me if you want it, I'll cover postage.I'm sure I can get a good FIXED rate.
Rick

Just wanted to say I received the "Cut Sheet" (as it were...:D ) from Rick, in a OK shape.

Thanks again for your generosity.

Bill

Dang Bill,

I'll have to start working on getting you a Big Brother to that little fellow you have!

Del

Thank you for your input Del (in more ways than one)...

I've been looking for a sugardaddy for a long time...thanks for offering. :D
Just send those beauties here for safekeeping.
Bill

Just simply the way things go in the Schrade forum... LT sending a bunch of interesting paperwork to Rick, that worthy seeing Bill could use one featuring his new knife and sending it off to him. I'm proud to be here with you guys.
