I walked down to my basement and realized that I have converted my commercial grade workout equipment into a bar.

I have accepted defeat and am moving on.

On the upside, drinking is much more fun than working out.

Here's to all my Busse Friends. CHEERS.

Wow you booze will be light beer when it is done working out.

.

Hmmmmm, I only see some Patron, where is the Don Julio and the rest of the Tequila???

.

You smarten up and get yourself some more Crown Royal before the troops get angry! :p

No, the real fun is getting drunk and working out the next day. My personal hangover fave is squats. I think back to my ARMY days running a few miles on a monday morning after a power drink'n weekend (most non deployed weekends) You wanted to be at the front of the formation on mondays .The back of the pack smelled like alcohol, sweat and sometimes puke .Anyway dont give up ......never give up.

Don't give up Garth. Just up the reps as the ounces go down.
12 ounces = 1 rep, 11 oz. = 2 reps, 10 oz. = 3 reps.
After a few you'll start feeling the bicep burn. After a few more you'll be wanting to work out 24/7!

Drink on!

Don't give up Garth ! Look how well it worked for the Crown Royal . It's slimmed down to nothing

HOLD MY BEER AND WATCH THIS !

That's funny! I have a bunch of milk crates stacked next to my treadmill to put my Playstation controllers, TV remote and most importantly beverages on.

Have to agree with Skunk....if you were really working........the bottles would be empty;):D

BTW, that is the smallest bottle of Knob Creek I have ever seen. Looks like it should have a baby bottle nipple on it.

There's been a new trend in office health recently called the standing desk. I can easily see this taking off--the stair stepper bar.

Came in a sampler pack that someone gave me for Christmas. The bottle nipple is a good idea. Wouldn't have to mess with the lids anymore.

What is a "basement?" They don't make those in Oklahoma, although I have dim memories of one from childhood.
