I'm now up to seven of this model. I have enough to last three lifetimes, and yet I still pick one up occasionally. I may seek professional help.

Don't sweat it . I think I have at least 8 small tinkers. Not sure I have'nt counted for awhile. There is always room for one more.

After using and liking my first Huntsman on a camping trip, I decided that I needed a backup for that great model, so I bought a second one. Later I saw one with camo scales and bought that one too. Now I have 5 Huntsmans and put them at several places; one in my rucksack for hiking, one in my rucksack for camping, one in my survival kit, etc.

SAK's are nice collection items and it is a great thing that they generally are inexpensive.

Ah, but there's the slippery slope! Over time, a few dozen "inexpensive" SAKs can add up, and there are some of us (Here! On this very forum!!) whose collections number in the hundreds.

As obsessions go, however, I suppose it could be worse. I knew a guy who saved the pull tab or bottle cap from every beer or soda can he drank from. He didn't do anything with them, just tossed them into a box. On a couple of occasions I asked why he saved these things and he replied; "They might come in handy some day."

Doggone it, Guyon!

Your obsessive behavior is freaking me out.

But I know how to help.:) Send me half of your SAKs immediately, and I will find a good home ... or homes for them.

I'm such a giver.;)

I have tons of the Marlboro gear still in boxes in my garage! I don't (never did) smoke

:)

Cool stuff, Guyon!

If they were Leatherman's I'd say you didn't have a problem, but given that type of......well, I'd seek professional help immediately. :p

lol! your a sick man and I salute you ;)

good gifts or you could get them Modded.

I use two of them pretty often. One rides in my day pack, another in my kayak bag.
In my skewed perspective, I've got double backups for each. Now working on triple backups. You can never be too cautious!
