Yep, its true! I am in love with a Kershaw that doesn't seem to get much praise...

Its the BLUR!

I have always liked the looks of them, but never owned one. I changed that about a week ago and I have to say that this is one GREAT little knife. I like the flat compact design and the assisted opening!

How much do I love it?? I picked up 5 more from the Exchange!! Can hardly wait!

So why don't more people love these??

The Blur is definitely one of my all time favorite Kershaws!

Blur spends a lot of time in my pocket. As of right now it's having to share time with my CB Shallot, but it's on of my favorites.

Tom, get the SG2 and work your magic on it. Let us know when you can produce a fission reaction with said blade :)
 
The Blur would be the best knife ever made if they had put a flipper on it. But heck, it gives me a reason to keep trying other models, so whatever :)
 
I have a SG-2 Blur, and agree it's a really slick little knife. It can be refreshing to use a knife that's a little more straight forward with all the fancy new designs out there.
 
Yes Kershaw, give us a Blur with a flipper !

Hey Tom,
I guess you just need to spend more time 'round here, because we LOVE the Blur here on the Kershaw forum. Different steels, different colors, we love 'em all. Glad you discovered it.:thumbup: Just don't buy up all the rare ones:D

We actually praise the Blur plenty around here, Tom. But you are quite correct, it's a great knife. Get the Blur in SG2 if you can. It's the only knife I wouldn't send to you because it's already thin, and it is the sharpest knife I have bar none.
Show us pics if you work your magic on it. Glad you enjoy it!

I love the Blur. I carry one every day. Not a special edition or anything but don't tell it because it cuts like one and it's special to me!;)
 
Tom, have you gotten around to doing anything to it yet, or are you carrying it stock?
 
I own 5 blurs and have given away another 5 to good friends.
I also would love to see a ZT type blur (Ti,framelock)
 
I love my Blur too--it's one of those knives that feels much better in hand than I expected from pictures. If you haven't held one of these, you really should.
