I'm keeping this one on the list for this year!

That is nice, and I've thought about getting one. But if I had one, I'd never want to cut anything that's parked on glass or ceramics (china). Now if I could only get Outback to serve my steaks on wood, that would be great!

just throw a grilling plank in ur coat or whatever then when she comes slap her right on the plank and slice her up :D

it's definitely sexy, but complete opposite to what i've been using (a pe blurrrrr).

yeah it won't be too nice with ceramics, but with a sharp steak knife i can't imagine you need to keep sawing into it... esp with the high quality meat you'd need to order to justify using it.

Use it and then sharpen it. That's what it's for.

In fact that's all the more reason to pick one up, that way you don't have to dull your EDC on the china.

Plus it's an excuse to carry another knife :D:thumbup:

i just happend to snag one at the factory sale for a staggering 10 bucks without the wood case. i couldent be more pleased with it.

whoaaa... wanna sell it for $20?

now that u said that, its hard for me to justify $99 for it...

but still, got pics?
