Maybe ebay, though they are sorta scarce there.
The smart folks can elaborate on this, but there seems to be a decent chance that it will go back into production sometime in the future.

Ethan has signed a deal with Ka-Bar. If you can wait, your cheapest bet would be to keep your eyes on Ka-Bar and see which of Ethan's knives come out first.
Otherwise, the existing stock of BK-9s has pretty much been bought out. You'd have to lurk on eprey and similar places hoping for a reasonable deal.
