Im looking for a nice custom.

Like the title says I'm looking for a custom knife.

The criteria,

1) Must be a TI frame lock

2) I'm looking for a stainless damascus/damasteel blade.

3) Can be a flipper or thumb stud but no spydy hole. (nothing against Spydercos hole):D

4) Standoffs preferred but not a necessity.

5) any form of pivot bearings would be a plus but again not a necessity.

6) blade must be under 3.5 inches.


Again I'm not looking for production knives. I'm not looking for Hinderer, CRK's, Striders etc.

Look no farther than the custom for sale forums here. Alan Davis makes some fine ti framelocks. So do several other makers.
 
No damascus, but I'm going crazy for my new Kirby Lambert flipper - The Snap. So smooth!!!

Alan Davis is your man. He will make it the way you want it and if you want a flipper it will be the smoothest you have ever had. Just contact him and tell him how you want it fixed and he will do it. I have 6 of his folders and can tell you there will be NO BLADE PLAY and it will be SMOOTH AS SILK! Good Luck! Kevin :D
 
DDR has Maxxglide bearing pivots, framelocks, and San Mai M390 damascus. Not sure how many options for a smaller folder there are, though.

I am aware of his folders, and I may own one in the future but right now that's not the style blade and handle I'm looking for.

He will make the style on blade and shape the handle the way you want Just tell him the shape and size. He has done some for me to my specs. Good Luck! Kevin

You can contact Chuck Gedraitis. He can probably make what you are looking for. Will Zermeno may also be able to help you.

His name is Scot Matsuoka, his fit and finish is top notch and he uses IKBS in his folders. I will also second the Al Davis! I just ordered a custom from him last week. On the higher end of your budget, Bob Dozier makes a Ti knife in damascus with D2 core.
 
Check out our own Peter r on this forum. His knives are beautiful and his all titanium frame lock is truly something to see. I dunno about the Damascus though.
