I'm looking for classic knives from Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania

Hey guys,
I'm doing a research and I'm looking for traditional knives from the following countries. But first, with traditional I mean charactestic, not necessarily the oldest knives used in that country.
A good example is Opinel or Laguiole knives from France.

I know most of these countries might not have a strong knife history but I was wondering if you could help me: whether it's a type of knife, a brand, or anything else.

Spyderco has a lot of traditional knives in their Ethnic Series, done primarily by Ed Schempp.

They have the Navaja, Nilakka, Hungarian, Pukko, Barong, Kukri, Persian, Lum Chinese, etc.
