I'm making damascus again.

I fired up the forge on the weekend and started 3 stacks of damascus steel.
I've done the first weld series, and have 3 welding drawing out and cutting sessions more to go before I reach 448 layers.

In the process I ran out of propane and found out that I need new belts for my trip hammer.
Here's some pics of one of the stacks I welded together, the actual welding, then the welded bar of 7 layers.
