If you have any for sale or trade please let me know, I have plenty of knives to trade as well as money to buy the knives. I was unaware that there was a forum for knives, I've collected for a long time now and have a couple hundred. I also collect sports cards and am on a forum for that and have been for a while. I would like to make some deals on here, thanks!

See the FAQ for Bladeforums rules at http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/faq.php
Paid memberships at http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/payments.php

You need a Basic membership to post a trade thread,
a Gold membership to sell what you've bought,
a Knifemaker membership for what you have made,
or a Dealer membership if you sell for others.

Once you pay for your membership, go back to Paid Subscriptions to see when it takes effect. PayPal costs more and takes longer to go through. Credit card payments are automated.

Then go to Settings (upper right)
then to Permission Groups (left side)
then select your correct membership level.

I suggest browsing the FEEDBACK forum at the top of the Exchange, especially the stickies, for problems to watch out for. Browse the forums you are most likely to post in or buy from:, Dealer, Knifemaker, or Individual, to see how members communicate.

How much does it cost for a basic membership?

OKC, I think you need a gold membership to be able to communicate with other members via personal messages, and then you will only be able to communicate that way with other members with gold or higher memberships. I have many antique fixed blades by the companies you mention, and always look for more. Gold is thirty bucks, and in my opinion worth it. I'd like to know what you have for sure.
