Just got an email my Izulas' on back order and I'll have to wait a week longer. bummer...

Ouch! That sucks, I feel for you. I ordered my Izula but I really wanted the HEST. Wife said I had to get the bathroom renovation done before I ordered any more knives. So while I didn't have to wait for a backordered item I had to wait because of myself.
