I agree that these images ought not be shown to young children.
These pictures can cause problems and embarrassing situations for the other members:
Forexample, my mother-in-law walks in the room and sees me surfing the net and notices dancing glands!
Or the effect it has on my young son. He is three months old and my wife breast feeds him

. But if I am holding him and he sees these avatars, he gets very hungry before his feeding time:grumpy: . Now I have a hungry, crying baby who got his hopes up from an inappropriate image...
Seriously, I think that it is a good idea only to post things that are appropriate for our younger members and sensitive to the older members sensitivities.
I know its a free country and we don't have to view a thread like the one that was deleted. But, if people keep posting images that might keep some members from enjoying the forum, some members may choose to go elsewhere.
This is the internet, and I did not come to Bladeforums to see sexy girls. I didn't mind accidentally seeing them, but... point is there are plenty of places to go on the internet to see such things if one desires, I just don't consider this one of those places.
Post them, don't post them... It's up to you. Just think about the children
If you do decide to post things that some people may find questionable, it would be polite to have a warning on the thread (possible suggestion for the mods).
I would hate to pay $3.99 a minute to see peoples avatars.
