Let me start the day by saying it now. I'm sorry. I hope no one will be upset with with me. But I plan to drool all over your tables, fondle all of your knives, and generally make a pest of myself for the next three days. If I get too bad, just introduce me to the guy at the next table and I'll move on.

Terrill, don't be sorry, consider yourself fortunate to be able to attend the Blade Show! There are millions of knife lovers, like myself, who have to work and find it impossible to fly to Atlanta, especially from Hawaii. Please say hi to Tom Mayo, who I just met, GenO, who I bug all the time, Ed Fowler(where's my Pronghorn), Murray Carter, good luck with your mastersmith rating Murray, and all the other great knifemakers who you will see, Terrill. Aloha from Hawaii!

Lmao Terrill!!!!!!!!!

Always think of your fellow knife makers as partners in the search for the perfect blade, not as people trying to compete with you and your work!

Sure enjoyed meeting you Terrill!

after meeting Terrill this weekend I have to say he really does drool quite a bit, and he really needs to have that hump on his back surgically removed!!!!!!!

Well, I did just what I said I would do. By now there are a lot of makers wiping down their remaining knives before putting them away. I must say it was fun wandering row after row of knives and meeting everyone. I even got to exchange barbs with Mayo.

Sorry Rob, Terrill promised to send those pix to me for editing before sending them on to you. Hope that's not a problem...

As for Terrill's drooling. I'm not sure how Tom would know. He was seldom above the level of the table most of the weekend...!

Jerry,
I am sure glad I got that hunter(the fancy one!) away from you before Terrill came by - when he came by Darrel's table I wouldn't let him get close enough to mess it up. I sure enjoyed meeting you this past weekend & want to thank you for the opportunity to own the nicest, prettiest & best handling hunter at the show. Too bad we didn't get it in the competition cause every maker & collector I showed it to was very impressed & highly complimentary - you impressed quite a few Master & Journeyman Smiths. It is definately a "good'un"!

Have a nice day!
Bill
