Antbody have one? What do you think?

I'm looking for a smallish Fixed Blade that might be used for in-the-pocket carry. The looks of the Snody and the S30V look attrative.

Anyone suggest an alternative?

And where do you think I can find the best price?

Regards,

Jeremy

I just got a limited edtion snody activator, I had to spend a hour
putting a good edge on it as it wasnt very sharp NIB. Buts a good
little do all blade, I also have a TOPS wolf pup and was very pleased
with it, small do all..and around the same price..The snody came from
NGK it is 50 of 500 made..

I have one and I love it. The sheath stinks though. I would recommend having a good kydex sheath made if you are going to carry it in your pocket.

I was also admiring this little knife and thinking about getting one. It does look beautiful. But seriously, what do you expect to do with such a small fixed blade? I can't imagine doing any kind of heavy work with it considering its length. Then, why not carry a folder, a folder with a similar blade size could be a lot easier to carry and sheeple-friendly.

If you want a small blade Utility with a better (Read : Adult size) handle I suggest this one from David Winston. I found the Activator a little too small for extended use.

Mine is in Cocobolo & D2 though

Nice little knife but dayum is it expensive. Besides like others have stated, with a 2.5 inch blade I can't imagine using it for any real utility work. This ls like I knife I would use to peel apples or something.

I love my Activator, although I'll be the first to admit that the sheath is sub-par. It looks nice, but I don't like how it carries.
I suppose the handle may be small for some, but it fits my hands perfectly. It is definately one of my finer skinners.

The 210 is a great little knife. If you cut the belt loop off the leather sheath, it slips into your pocket with ease and is very user freindly. It is put together like a custom knife, perfect fit and finish, is extremely sheeple freindly and for such a small knife, very secure in hand.

You guys sure are giving me a lot to think about. Please keep 'em coming!

Actually, I have several slippys (my current carry is a Schatt Green Equal-End whittler, But was looking to try something different (a fixed) for EDC.
