It's itrader and I logged out then in again and I filled everything in.

I'm not the only one having this problem someone that's trying to give me feedback on my page can't do it either.

Are you both going to the person's iTrader page?

Go to the original post of the sale thread.
In the lower left corner is an icon with Rate Seller.
Click on that and it should bring up the iTrader form with the URL filled in.
Complete everything else including the comments box.

Ed, I went straight to the "Rate Seller" icon.

I had some trouble submitting feedback also, earlier today - filled everything out, clicked submit and it just seemed to "freeze" for a while....

The first one, I actually closed down the browser, reopened it, got back to BFC and checked the users profile for the feedback before I tried again.

The feedback was there, so I went ahead and submitted the feedback for the second user, same thing.

This time I just waited, and it finally went through about a minute later.

It's almost like the situation I've been seeing with all the double posts, I've been able to avoid them telling the editor pane that I want to go ahead and leave the page or, if it doesn't come up, just backing out, and the post will be there.

The interwebz is a strange and mysterious place.... :D

Are you trying to leave feedback on a deal that happened outside of the Exchange? A link to what you are talking would kind of help a bit.

You can't submit feedback for that deal as it's not in the exchange.

Rycen is correct. You cannot use iTrader for submitting feedback unless the originating thread is located in the Exchange. What you can do is start a thread for John, relaying your experience. The iTrader feature only works for Exchange threads. ;)
