I have for sale two Imacasa 14" Red Machetes. They are made by Imacasa, in El Salvador, and have the indestructable poly pro handle. It is a hidden tang, but underneath there is a GENEROUS amount of metal so don't worry about these breaking. The Machetes are a very handy length, at 14" long they are an odd size for the US, but equally super handy! I love this length. Paraguay likes to coat their machetes red. They are thinner machetes at roughly 2.5 mm. They are not thick like the ontarios but will exceed for anything under 3 inch in diameter. They can do light chopping very well, but I wouldn't go after that 20 year old Honey locust in the back yard
