The images I post are always visually small, probably not larger than 2'w x 1"h. How do I post a nice LARGE image like I see in some many other posts.
I use an old Canon G2, then use Photoshop Elements 5 to edit. I have a Photobucket account, but I don't use it to imbed images into my posts.

Here is a typical sample

According to Photoshop, the image size is 2.27MB / 1100w x 721h pixels with an approx document size 15x10. I usually save images to my desktop, so now if i right click on the image, 'Properties' show it as 744KB.

Suggestions PLEASE!

Use Photobucket to host the pictures. Then after you upload them copy the IMG link and post it directly into your text here.

Your "properties" are showing the data from the thumbnail. When the image is clicked it is full sized. Some folks post pictures that are 15MB in size and make you scroll for a while to see the entire image, it won't fit on any sized monitor under any resolution.
