Yah, yah...I know.

Well, I'll tell you. I first saw the M-16 at my local shop while looking for "one good knife". I thought it was great and still do, but it sure doesn't get carried much anymore. It was my first, before I discovered Spyderco. I'd probably buy more CRKT knives as I think they represent great value; however I can't bring myself to spend ANY of my "Spydiemoney".

If a person didn't buy other brands of knifes then he wouldn't know how good Spyderco's really are! :)

Funny you should say that. I was just thinking to myself (as I arranged the knives for photography)... I thought: "Look at that. At the time I bought my CRKT M-16 I thought that I would surely collect a good many other Columbia River knives..." But I haven't done it. Because I discovered Spyderco.

That reminds me; I gotta' get me a Delica. I have really become interested in the Blue Delica since I read one of your posts where you raved about yours. I suppose I may have to wait awhile for one of the upcoming VG-10 versions.
