Impala or Military?

I'm looking for a new Spyderco primarily for carrying on hunting trips (deer, ducks, dove, etc.). I already have a PE Endura and a Combo edge Delica that I use for EDC.

Which would you recommend between these two? Differences between the Impala and the old model Spyderco Wegner?

impala has a gut hook though..that might be a good choice if doing those activities..

Impala comes with or without a gut hook. I prefer the plain blade too.
