I hope I won't bore you fellows too much but I had to brag about my 13 year old grandson. It was his first experience with khukuris. I was interested to see what he thought, an unbiased opion.

I lined up ........16" Chiruwa, 21" sirupati, 22" chilangi, M43, BAS, WW 11, Cold Steel ATC, Blackjack Rheinhart, old B&K Machax, Benchmade viper,an old officer India khukuri intergal hilt, and left out my 30 " Kobra.

The oak limbs from our last storm had to get cleared. It was tough wood!!!!!

After a 10 minute lecture from an old fa#t, he knew how NOT to cut himself. Youth is wonderful, my older friend's screw up from the "get go".

He is a Boy Scout and uses axes, hatchets, and saws for fire wood. He just finished a 50 mile hike on the Appalchian Trail. So he knows what a pain it is to chop fire wood.

His first choice Sirupati, 2nd M43, 3rd Chitlangi, 4th Cold Steel ATC, 5th the Chiruwa, 6th the Blackjack or Machax and the rest dead last. What is sooooo! SPOOKY is the last month traveling I used my 21" Sirupati and M43. Is it Karma?
Thanks for "listening". All the best !

It's heartening to see some young people are being raised with common sense, using tools and living life to the full, and not being brain washed into being afraid of knives.
Maybe it is Karma....karmic common sense :)

Everything I learned as a Scout served me well throughout my life and I think that little Scout Bible, Handbook for Boys, should be mandatory reading for every kid, boy or girl.
