I'm pretty exited about this knife, it just came in today. I ordered this from a guy on eBay who had a bunch of imperial pocket knives that had been preserved for quite some time. It came coated in plenary of grease.

So far I'm really liking this knife, the blades were a skittle stiff but I just dropped in some silicon oil and they open smooth and lock up nice. I saw a couple of these at an antique store by me but they were rusted to hell and the blades might have crumbled if I tried to open them. I ended up finding this one and in this condition I wouldn't have to worry about it falling apart in my pocket. The brass is a little dull for my taste but that not a problem to clean up.

Just thought I would share it with you all, I'm definetly going to enjoy carrying this one with my imperial barlow.

Running Bird, You will be amazed at the edge you can put on one of those old Imperials - by the way, very nice example you found! OH

Nice knife and as OH said, they will take a great edge. Here is my latest with just a few more years on it than yours. ;)
