Imperial easy open jack

Hey guys I just got the E\O jack and the main blade had been tipped and now it sticks up to where it can snag on things, Does anyone have a blade to sell or know someone who does? I just got into restoring and modding knives and want this one to be good I'd like to use it as my EDC once done

you would need to find a donor knife exact same model, cannibalize that knife for the blade to put in your knife, imperials also had a slightly different bolster/ handle system than say a Case or Camillus. IMHO i wouldnt do it but If youre an adventurous sort then by all means forge ahead.
or... you could carefully file the kick down till the blade point sits below the handle as to not snag on things.

Have you tried filing down the kick to lower the blade into the handle?

Posting a photo of the 'tipped' blade might help in getting some good advice. If the broken tip isn't too excessive, I'd first look into filing the kick down, as previously suggested. AND, you might get some good advice on repairing the blade tip, as well. In fact, if the tip can be repaired correctly, filing the kick may not even be necessary. A photo would be a big help for that, as the size of the break will determine if that can work.
