Hey folks, I bought a knife at a gun show for $12 bucks at a gun show a few years ago and just now started looking into it. And while researching it I kept finding myself back here, so I figured why not sign up.
The knife in question is an Imperial h-7 (I think?) it's not in the greatest condition but I've been using it as a camping knife
. I've looked at the dates for stamps for the Imperials but I can't seem to find the stamp that is on mine. It's says: Imperial (crown over ia) then next line Prov. RI. U.S.A. And the USA is horizontal.

Anybody know what date that stamp was used? any additional info on the knife would be greatly appreciated. Like i said i've been using it as my camping knife and also field dressing knife, where it worked superbly, but id love to know more about it.
