Imperial Frontier Question

I recently bought a Frontier folding hunter, model # 4624. Going by the model # it should be a two-bladed folding hunter with Gunpowder Black handles and nickel silver bolsters. This is where the question comes in. It isn't. The handle scales and bolsters are Double Eagle; laminated wood and brass. The front bolster even has the cut out for a liner lock, even though the knife doesn't have one. It does have two blades, a clip and a skinner. Right for a Gunpowder Black, but wrong for a Double Eagle. They are also carbon. Again, right for Gunpowder Black, wrong for Double Eagle. The handle and the blades just don't match up. The only lead I could find is a picture posted by a banned member that showed a similar looking knife; a Daniel Boone Commemorative. The blades match. Only problem with that is his post did not include the model number and whether the blades were carbon or stainless. Also, mine was not well cared for by the previous owner, so any blade etch is long gone.

This is getting a bit long winded, so here is the question. Any idea what I have?

Lion:

These links show you what it should look like, but it sounds like you already know that. If you browse around in the Schrade Collectors website, you might be able to find what you actually have. There are a lot of nice Imperial Frontier catalogs and brochures in there to look through.

Put up a picture if you want some assistance identifying your knife.

Thanks for the response. I did look there, but to no avail. I'll work on getting a picture.
