I very much doubt this is an American made knife - the vibe points to Pakistan or so. Frankly, you'd probably be better served by a basic Mora knife. Pick one up in any case for when that "Imperial" fails to perform after a few minutes of use...

I hate to rain on your parade, but I also don't want you to get in trouble on your hunt when your knife fails, so I'll just come out and say it: That knife looks like trash. It is not something I would put any trust in. You would be better served by starting a thread here asking for some advice and buying one of the knives recommended to you.

Not an Imperial USA knife. If it had been made by Imperial (Providence, RI, USA) it would have the country of manufacture stamped on it (USA, or Ireland).

"Imperial" is a generic word that anyone can stamp on a blade.
