Imperial Knife

Im new to knife collecting and i picked up two imperial knives today at flea market. The one knife has stamp that shows its in the 1956 to 1988 range but i dont understand what the three sets on numbers mean?? they are 2170537, p2284833, and 2689400. The second knife stamp shows its in the 1946 to 1956 range but cant make out the numbers. But it looks like the first but is smaller and yellow instead of white. Both knives have two blades. i would be thankful for any help thank u
