Imperial Knives?

I was given these two knives, and dont really know anything about them. The blades are marked Stainless, Imperial, USA.
The one handle is some sort of MOP look alike, and the other is wood.
I was wondering if you all could tell me about Imperial knives, if they are still made, and anything else you would like to share. I'd appreciate it, thanks.
