I just received this Imperial Pro Guide in the mail today.

10.5" OAL with a 5.75 inch blade. Excellent ergonomics. Holding the actual handle it feels good in a strong grip (fist grip) hold or with the finger on top of the blade. With the additional finger groove in the blade and the notched thumb rest on top, it works perfect for those who like a thumb on top grip. The knife is so well balanced that it feels shorter than what it actually is. I believe this was part of the Imperial Taskmaster series. The existing threads on this series list the following models (I've added the Pro Guide in italics):

BP-1 - Backpacker - 4" closed, ?" open - small lockback (descendant of Imperial Frontier 4515?) - high carbon stainless steel
DS-1 - Deerslayer - ?" closed, ?" open - two blade folder - ? steel
H-83 - Drop Point Hunter - 8.25" OAL, 4.25" - conventional looking drop point - high carbon steel (stainless?)
PF-1 - Pro Fisherman - 10.5" OAL, 6" blade - fillet knife - (descendant of Imperial Frontier 445's) - high carbon stainless steel
PH-1 - Pro Hunter - 5.25" closed", ?" open - large lockback - high carbon stainless steel - listed as Model WS-1 Pro Hunter in 1979; WS apparently standing for Wildcat Skinner
PG-1 - Pro Guide - 10.5" OAL, 5.75" blade - large hunting knife - stainless steel
PS-1 - Pro Skinner - ?" OAL, ?" blade - drop point skinner - (descendant of Imperial Frontier 425) - carbon steel

Can anyone complete the details on this list, add knives to the list, or correct any mistakes?
