I thought I’d throw this out there for people who are waiting for an Impinda direct from CRK.

I ordered an Impinda in November last year. The wait time was quoted as 4-6 months. I am going to be leaving the country for a bit next month and didn’t want there to be a communication/shipping/payment issue if the knife was going to be ready at that time. I contacted CRK and was told November at the earliest. It looks like lead times are running about a year for the Impindas.

On a brighter note a got an in stock notification from BHQ for impindas and snagged one before they sold out. When it gets here I can cancel the CRK order and skip another 6 month wait
 
Yeah, it's heart breaking to see a CRK you really want show up at a dealer before you get your order. It's happened to me before, I elected to wait on CRK since I wanted double lugs. I wound up getting a Impinda here and have been very happy with it.
 
It was reported here that they had an equipment failure that delayed them.
Glad you got yours before leaving
 
Dealers have had them some lately, you can grab one of them and cancel your order.
