Hey gang,

I have an announcement of more or less great significance.

I have ceased working as an Anti-Terror/Force Protection instructor for the Navy and am once again going full time with Okuden. This is a GOOD THING!

Easy now....I will need a bit of time to get things sorted out in the shop. I've essentially been on a 2 year "trip" and will need to find and organize a few things (like my desk) before I really start flinging Kydex like a rabid baboon.

Those of you who have orders in for various things (FBM comes to mind) will have a shorter wait than originally anticipated providing Mr. Murphy is sucessfully evicted, but I will still be quoting 8-12 weeks until I get a good grip (kung fu type) on the mess that currently resides in the disaster area I call a shop.

As I start working on a specific type of blade, I will put a "last chance" post here so that 1) anyone who still wants "in" has the chance, and B) folks who have orders in will have some inkling as to when they can expect "good news".

All for now, time to get the miner's helmet and the excavator.

BRIAN.. All the best brother on this decision!! I'll support ya by ordering another sheath!!

These are some of the BEST sheaths out there!

AND, if BRIAN doesn't have one.. I'll be sending my SAR Warden up for the kydex fit.. If anybody else wants one made.. Let him know!!
 
Good news for us, best of luck to you! I love my HH sheath and am anxiously awaiting an email from you about my two HOGSJTACLE sheathes ;)

Congrats, but I have to say our gain is the Navy's loss!!

(Glad to see you're no longer adding tannic acid to your kydex ;) )
